I'm looking for a coder/addon manager to help me set up my server.

What I'm looking for:
- NPC's that will sell cars and such
- Keypad and Fading door [things like this <<]
- Custom shipments
- Custom printers
- Custom cars
- Custom Jobs
- Custom ranks
--- Mandatory jobs
----- Fireman
----- Terrorist [no fun without these guys]
----- Working radio job and theater job
- Mad Cows Weapons
- ULX admin system [we have an auto install thing with our host]
- Donation system
- Drugs ;P
- Proper mayor/laws/speed-limit box on UI [I believe it's with the jobs plugin]
- Guide for me to add more stuff
- Guide for how to work donation system
- And finally, an anti prop and vehicle killing system

Payment:
- $40 - $60 Canadian depending on time and efficiency of completion
- Super Admin for the server [any abuse == demotion]
