FTP Issue

Does anyone know whats going on with "vsftpd". For many users that use gamecp, it will not allow ftp. I've tried downgrading but no luck.. Anyone want to help?

I am working on a fix, credits will be given where they are due, but as of now I am doing testing to see if I can get this to work.
