I keep getting this error when trying to run my .bat file

Hey, I'm kinda new to all this stuff and I'm trying to learn how to setup a new server.

I think I've gotten pretty far into all the steps following this guide: http://www.srcds.com/db/engine.php?subac...1097362093

But now when I try to use they .bat file to start my server it just crashes all the time...

(21:51:09.52) srcds started.

(21:51:09.57) srcds started.
(21:51:09.61) WARNING: srcds closed or crashed, restarting.
(21:51:09.61) srcds started.
(21:51:09.66) WARNING: srcds closed or crashed, restarting.
(21:51:09.66) srcds started.
(21:51:09.70) WARNING: srcds closed or crashed, restarting.

and that repeats til I close it. Anyone who can help?

EDIT: I am trying to host a garysmod 13 server
