Cannot connect to my CSS server

After spending a long time getting SteamCMD and hlsdupdatetool and all that jazz - I still cannot get my server running.

I'm on windows 7.








Full Launch Code (On shortcut): C:\SOURCE1\cstrike\srcds.exe -console -game cstrike -map de_dust2 -maxplayers 16 -autoupdate

Obviously, the problem is that my server does not show up, as illustrated in image 1. Every else seems to be running okay..
