First go download the new steam update tool https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/SteamCMD
When you have downloaded the update tool called SteamCMD you will need to follow my steps....
Step 1
Type "login anonymous"
Step 2
You need to make it go to your server folder.
For an ex: type force_install_dir C:\srcds\css\
step 3
type app_update 232330
DONE
This wil only work for Counter Strike Source on Windows... Hope this will help you.![Toungue]( "Toungue")
