so i installed CS:S and i noticed i had "Dedicated Server" in the folder, so i can host my own server and play online with it,but i dont know where to install plugins and mods , i tried to install in the "cstrike" folder thats in the counter strike folder ,but it dosent do anything. Here are pics :
