CSGO server config problem

Hello guys,
I'm in trouble with config of CS GO server.
When a person connect to server, it showed the vote map, and when choose an another map, it didn't change and also re-round current map (de_dust2).
The problem are which config involve to the vote map and save map in server.
Or if you have any solution for these things?
