Setting multiple rcon passwords in TF2

So, im trying to set up multiples rcon logins so the server admins can use external programs (HLSW) and i can control them. I tried


But it didnt worked. Is this even possible or the rcon password its unique in TF2?

Sorry for my english, its not perfect. I didnt post the sistem info and the server.cfg because the server works great, but i'd like to set up this.
