[HELP PLS] I need a dedicated server from left 4 dead

Hi all, I need a server for left 4 dead, because I can not download through HldsUpdateTool, download goes (not updated even HldsUpdateTool). Who can fill in where ever. I need a server that can be downloaded from the HldsUpdateTool.
