GMod Portforwarding Help

Hi, I need help with portforwarding gmod, I'm using a srcds dedicated server, I can give as much info as I can if you need info just ask!

Using Telus V1000h

I did the ports using portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Actiontec/V1000H/Garrys_Mod.htm
